Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of deposit approval.
No refund after 7 days — the deposit is forfeited.
You have 21 days from deposit approval to complete your full payment.
After 21 days without payment, your room is released to the next applicant.
Payment mode (Full / 60% Payment) is selected at deposit time and cannot be changed.
